I own several B. Makowsky bags, and this is the first one that has disappointed me. First issue - it is a capacious bag, but there are no dividers, so everything just gets lost inside. Second issue - cell phone pocket on the back doesn't fit smart phones. Third issue - I have the bag in deep purple, and it faded unevenly, so it looks like I've had the bag for 10 years of hard use. Fourth issue - some of the stitching on the bag has frayed, again adding to that well-used look. Very disappointing for a B. Makowsky bag. I love the other ones that I have, but this one just doesn't cut it.
