I purchased this bag in the sapphire as I have been looking for a blue bag. I own a couple other B. Makowsky bags and have been very pleased with them. The tote is relatively large, but that's OK because I am relatively tall and it is proportionate to my frame. The leather really is buttery soft. The hardware is well made and solid. There are two large sections inside and a couple of zippered sections. There are also small pockets outside that would be handy for small items, but I don't use them. I have a purse organizer I move from bag to bag to make things easier. One warning... there is a label that says colors may transfer. I have not had that problem yet, but may wait a while before I carry it while wearing my ivory coat.
