I purchased this bag on a whim and after using it for 3 months I can't wait to get another one in a different color. It holds all of my essentials and then some. With several zippered pockets it would be very difficult to pick my pocket. These also allow me to designate different pockets for different things such as personal grooming items or emergency cash. I wish that the cell phone pocket had a different closure because I almost lost my phone once. However some of the bags now have a zippered closure on that pocket. I secure my valuables such as credit cards or passport in the back next to my body. I am tall and wear plus size clothing and was concerned about the length of the strap, but it is more than long enough to be worn comfortably as a cross-body bag. At first I wasn't sure about the giraffe design but so many people have commented on the fact that it is so unusual. I will never mix my bag up with another BFFs bag.
