I really, really wanted to love this bag. I was so sad when it came. It is so cute, but so huge. I was drowning in it. The hardware from the strap hits at my armpit, and the bag falls all the way to the hip. The length might not be a problem in another purse. The reason it doesn't work here is the "swoop" part. From the front, it looks like you are carrying a ginormous bag that goes from your armpit to your hip.

The bag does not retain the cute shape you see in the picture because there is nothing sewn in to stabilize the bottom. As soon as you put anything into it, the bottom panel droops, making it hang longer than it otherwise might. With that said, it does hang very comfortably on the shoulder due to the single wide strap. It also kind of snuggles against your body.

This bag fits me perfectly, and is very comfortable under my arm. I love this one so much I've ordered it in black. It is extremely roomy. LOVE LOVE
