In short, the post office made a mistake and gave the bag I wanted to give to my mom to another person. Saying that, the company was not believing me that I hadnt received my merchandise. After finally getting the post office to tell them I did not get my merchandise, the company did not want to reimburse me my money. It turned out, they never insured the bags. At the end, I had to contact Amazon.com and they put pressure on the retailer and thats how i got my money back. Bottom line, very poor customer support and you should avoid doing business with them. By the way, this was three days before Christmas and they gave my money after the 25th even though I told them to reimburse me the money asap so I can buy a gift for my mom; but they didnt :-(

loved everything about this bag. very roomy and has sections so i dont lose everything. would recommend to anyone interested. i have multiple coach bags and this is by far my favorite. well worth the price

Got this bag for my mom, she loves it. It does not look like the typical coach which she liked. The only complaint I have is there was no ruffle bag, that makes me question the authenticity.
