This organizer has improved the quality of my life! Gone are those frustrated moments when I needed to unload the entire contents of my purse to find something in it. This organizer is beautifully crafted of high quality leather with a place for everthing. The interior contains an easily accessed built-in wallet which vastly reduces the bulk of a traditional wallet and purse. It has plenty of credit card slots and multiple zipper compartments for change and valuables both inside and outside the bag. It also features a well placed cell phone holder, pen holder, and key anchor. I find everything in it with ease. It's sleek design lies close to the body allowing freedom of movement. Life is hectic and this little beauty is like having an organizatonal assistant.

I really like the bag functionality and appearance. However, the purse does not wear well. After 18 months the purse looks really beat up. In addition, the stitching that bound the strap to the purse unraveled. This revealed that the piece of leather that attaches the strap to the purse is about 1/2", very poor construction!!!

Now what? The purse carries a life time warranty on defects EXCEPT the company is in Canada. There's good information on returning a product in the first 30 days but there's very little information on how to process a life time warranty issue (ie who pays for shipping, turnaround time etc). Two phone calls later and I still haven't reached a live person.

I've bought cheaper purses that held up much better. I don't think the purse is worth the steep price.
