Elliott Lucca 3-Way Demi Cross Body

This looked beautiful in the photos, but just didn't seem like it was the greatest quality when I finally received it. I did like the convertible strap option so it could be used as a shoulder bag as well as a cross body bag. I also really liked the mixed metallic colors which gives it the versatility to go with lots of outfits. The metal hardware is very cheap and flimsy-looking, however, and the rings where you would attach the shoulder strap look and feel as if they'd break easily. The lining is also thin and cheap cotton, not what one would expect from The Sak's higher end Elliott Lucca brand. When I first ordered this bag the metallic finish on the leather zipper pull looked worn, so I called Amazon for an exchange, which they did without hassling me. However, the second bag I received had scratches and dents on the metal plate at the front of the bag, which leads me to believe that Elliott Lucca's quality control could use some work.
