First let me say this; I have a thing for patent leather. This is really nice quality leather, as expected from a Hobo International handbag. I love the deep zip pocket on the outside; it makes up for the fact that the body of the bag doesn't have any means of adhering shut. I thought there would be a magnet closure, but there's nothing (other than manually holding it shut). But that will be OK, as it lays shut when flat, plus there is also another fairly deep zip-shut pocket on the inside for anything you are afraid will fall out if (when) the going gets rough. Can be carried by the adorable handle or as a clutch, and a little experimentation showed that you may even be able to tuck the fold-over into the zip pocket for a 3rd look if you really aren't carrying much. The outer zippers have color coordinated pulls which I thought was an adorable touch. I would give it a 5 if it had a way of converting to a cross body and could be closed at the top. But all in all a great bag!

It is a cute clutch. The leather is of high quality. I agree about the comment regarding a magnet or a hand strap in one of the reviews - either one would have helped, but the clutch is still great!
