The leather is horrible. It is very stiff and feels almost fake. The top handles are awkward and useless unless you want to hold the bag with your hand. I wish the handles were soft and would collapse, allowing you to use the long shoulder strap, but they don't, so when you use the shoulder strap, the handles sort of stick up and look rather stupid. The bag is also not very roomy for its size. There is no depth and the material is so stiff it's not very flexible.
