Large Shopping Bag Color: Chocolate

I was looking for a travel bag to collapse everything into when flying. This bag has graduate side seams, the side gussets decrease closer to the top of the bag. When I loaded it up, it didn't fit/distribute the weight of the items I would typically carry on board a plane well. However it is a decent quality leather and the color was very rich. This is a plain simply designed bag for everyday toting or an overnight stay. Especially if you need a bag that can take day to day handling this bag seems like the bag for this type of use.

I love this bag, it's large, colorful and well put together. The best thing about this bag is how huge it is but I think this could also be a downfall it people were expecting a smaller "tote." I purchased this bag for travel, thinking it would be nice to have some extra room for a few small things when I was on a plane. Wow, I underestimated the bag, I can carry my complete overnight travel and trust me I don't pack light, other people could use it as a long weekend getaway bag. I am leaving for two full days of apartment hunting and plane travel. I have an exercise outfit, pjs, a change of clothes, heels and flip flops, all my makeup and ofcourse my tablet, phone and ipods plus their chargers. I still have enough room to buy a book and a few gifts and even though I'm wearing my running shoes on the plane I think I could have fit those in too! I actually wish I traveled more so I could use this bag more, it seems like a waste just sitting in my closet so much!

I have used my Peil Leather tote for over a month. My totes must work very hard, and the leather yet looks brand new. I plan to use this on short business trips as luggage (the roll method of packing and jumbo zip locks have changed my travelling life as I often have to catch flight immediately after roaming convention center buying shows where there is no stow space. The pockets are perfect. I particularly appreciate the zippered pocket tucked inti the top for cellphone and other small quick retrievals. I really do not need it daily it is so large but it is really well designed. I may have to buy the size smaller for daily use. It is a very large bag.
