I bought this bag because of the glowing reviews about "quality leather from a great company." The color was great, the leather buttery soft, I received lots of comments on the style. Unfortunately, all that is now moot as the straps started falling apart and then the zipper pull completely came apart at the rivet--all within two weeks of purchase--and I wasn't mishandling the bag. I returned it disappointed. Would love to buy from the company again as I like their designs, but don't think I will because I'm afraid the products won't hold up in the long run.
