I purchased this bag for my daughter for Christmas. One strap has already broken. I know that its faux leather but I did not expect it to have such a "plastic" look. I've offered to return it but my daughter thinks its rude to return a gift. I personally think the item should be returned since the handle broke in 2 weeks.
