I was excited to receive this bag which I ordered in Black and White. At first glance I was very pleased. It's a very attractive bag with lots of room and not too heavy but than I noticed that there was black dye smudged on the white stripes on both the front and back of the bag. I was so very disappointed with this defect. There is a lack of quality control to let this get passed inspection and to be sold in this condition.

I had been looking for an awesome blue and white bag for a while and this looked perfect... but like the other reviewer, I too found the straps to be a nuisance. The covers rode up all the time, making the bag look super cheap. Super glue works, but should have to super glue straps??!
