The leather on this bag is so supple. I can't believe how much it holds too! I love the drawstring look. I purchased the classic black. The strap is very comfortable and lays flat against the body. The fernwood bag isn't heavy, very nice feel & weight. It isn't cheap looking at all. In fact, anyone would believe you paid high bucks for this one. It's very hip and stylish without looking too young. I have had the sak's woven bags but this is the first one in the leather line. I like this one even better. It won't be my last.

I am returning this bag (purchased in Oxblood) because it looks surprisingly cheap and "western" in person. the straps are connected to the bag by a cheap-looking, satiny cord which really ruins the otherwise classic appearance of the leather. As a SAK lover I was very disappointed in this bag.
