I looooved this bag when I first received it in June...it was the perfect size to hold everything I needed on a daily basis, without making me feel like a Sherpa, and looked cute too. Unfortunately - and unexpectedly - the quality is not great. I noticed the missed stitch between the lining and leather right off the bat, but figured I'd just have it fixed if it got to be a problem. No big deal. But in the two months I've had the bag, the seam of the inner zip pocket has also separated and the straps are basically falling apart. First, the material lining the straps began to fray, leaving long threads trailing from them, then the sealant along the strap edges began to peel off, revealing a cardboard-like material between the fabric and leather layers. Very, very disappointing.

I have a few Sak leather handbags which I love that's why when I saw this one on amazon for the great price I purchased it. This bag was a little smaller than I thought it would be. I did not read the measurements. The leather is not as nice as my other Sak leather bags. The handles are stiff. If I would have seen this bag in a store I would not have purchased it. I like larger bags and softer leather.
